Argentine Fire, On The Water In Long Beach
Adrian Amosa opened Gaucho Beach in 2023 to take what people love about Gaucho Grill and put it on the water. It sits right on the oceanfront in Long Beach, and the whole idea is that you can spend a full day here.
There's the grill and the dining room, but also Gaucho Café, empanadas made by hand, room for the kids, and a rooftop that might be the best in the city at sunset. Brunch is a big deal here, and so are the cocktails. Some nights there's music.
The beef comes from the same place as Gaucho Grill, so the standard doesn't drop when you leave the steakhouse. Mostly, people tell us it feels like vacation even when they live twenty minutes away. We'll take that.
