Where California Coast Meets Argentine Fire

Adrian Amosa opened Gaucho Beach in 2023 to take what people love about Gaucho Grill—the passion, the wood-fired heritage, and the quality—and bring it directly to the waterfront in Long Beach. Situated right on the sandy oceanfront, Gaucho Beach was engineered from day one to be a multi-concept social destination.

The space is designed to easily fill a full day. There is our main grill and beachside dining room, but we have also integrated the Gaucho Café, artisanal handmade empanadas, play spaces for families, and a stunning sunset rooftop lounge.

"Gaucho Beach is not just a restaurant; it's a destination experience. We wanted to create a space that feels like a vacation, even if you only live twenty minutes away."

To ensure we maintain consistency in every bite, we import our premium beef from the exact same sources as Gaucho Grill. The wood-fired steakhouse standards you trust don't drop when you step onto the beach.
